Meet Marshmallow, 4 years old Mini Rex
Marshmallow is an aptly named softie. He is a Miniature Rex with a coat like velvet and a personality to match. He was given up because the kids in his previous family were not caring for him. Parents need to realize that rabbits are not low-maintenance pets nor should kids younger than teens be expected to manage their care. They require complicated feeding of fresh salad, timothy hay, measured pellets, and fresh water daily. They will use a litterbox but it requires daily cleaning. They need at least four hours of active playtime daily, never left caged all day. They need bunny-proofed space and do not like to be held. They do love to snuggle up next to people and enjoy petting and grooming. Marshmallow is looking for a family that understands all this and wants to share their life with a cute and loving little guy.
