Breed: Papillion Age: 7 years Weight: 12 pounds Gender: Male Keeper is a little bashful at first, but he warms up eventually and wants to sit in your lap. Beyond that, he's adorable! He has those big Papillon ears that are too cute. Keeper seems like he has been through a lot in the past few months and he'd appreciate some stability. Since he is a bit timid, he should go to a quiet, calm home with no children. Keeper is easily stressed and his reaction to stress is vomiting. To keep him comfortable, he should avoid active areas and be removed from things that are bothering him. He does not care for car rides so would prefer to avoid them. He does love walks around the neighborhood. Ideally, someone home more often than not is best as he does have separation anxiety. Keeper comes to us from Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter where he was surrendered by a disabled guardian who was no longer able to care for him.
