My name is Misty.I'm 6 years old and I'm looking for my forever home. I didn't have a great start in life, I came from a commercial breeding facility and I can be very timid around people. My foster Mom says I'm wonderful but I will need a very calm home so I can continue to learn that there are some terrific humans out there. I would really love to have a pup brother or sister to snuggle with and to help me to learn new things!! I've been watching my doggie friends get pets from foster mom and I decided that looked like something I might like so I now greet her at the door for a little love and I say thank you with a couple kisses on her hand. I will need a house with a secure back yard - no apartment life for me. I don't know what children are but If you have any, Foster Mom says will need to be at least 12 years old. I'm also trying to be calm and learn about this leash thing but it's scary so I'll need someone who can continue to help me with that skill!.
