Bertrem is a very sweet, loving, 8-year-old beagle mix. His favorite things are belly rubs, snuggling up real close with his humans and to go for a walk. He simply can't contain his excitement when he sees that leash! When he sits or lays next to you on the couch, he likes to put his full body weight on you to be sure he is super close! He is 42 pounds of love and if he could he would be a lap dog! When snuggling in bed he prefers to be the little spoon, but he is willing to compromise. Bertrem cant get enough human affection and will wag his tail and give gentle kisses when he is getting love and attention. He knows how to sit and give paw for a treat...he loves treats! He really likes wet food mixed with his kibble, so dont forget! If you do, he will sit next to his bowl and stare at you until you make it right! Its the funniest thing. He is crate trained and potty trained. He will walk right in his crate when you ask him to and will never potty in the house. He is VERY well behaved; you can take him anywhere! Bertrem has so much love to give and would make a perfect addition to the right family. Ok with other dogs and cats but may needs some redirection at times. :). DOB 01/07/2012 Adoption fee is $175 and includes DHPP & rabies vaccinations, heartworm testing, spay/neuter surgery, wellness vet visit, one month of pet insurance,deworming, and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian.
