Hello, my name is Sassy. This name was given to me at the shelter before I came to the Johnston County Animal Protection League with my two brothers. My foster mom kept this name because I stand up for myself. Want me to play with the ball that runs around in that round thingy? Get in line. Chase that laser light? Me first. But at the food bowl, we're all in this together. Go figure. I will even curl up with others on the cat tree if they invite me. Or even if they don't. I have a good appetite and am not picky. Eat some of mine, some of theirs, or some of my foster mom's cats. It's all good! You will find that I am a lot of fun to have around. I can run fast like I'm in a marathon race and then come to a screaming halt when I see something that just needs to be checked out, usually a stray furry pretend mouse or a piece of my mom's newspaper. l LOVE to sleep on that paper. Even better, I like to help my mom turn the pages. And when all is said and done my belly is full and I am temporarily exhausted, I will find you and hope you have a lap for me so I can take a purring nap. I will even settle for a spot next to you. I'm really hoping to find my forever family soon. Please come meet me at PetSmart at White Oak in Garner! You will be glad you did.
