Vegas is a four-month-old puppy picked up stray running with another adult dog. They became fast friends, and the shelter kenneled them together. We were lucky to find a foster for him, and he was quickly adopted, but the adopter is returning him because they realize they are better suited for an older dog. They say he is a wonderful dog - affectionate, smart, learns quickly, and sweet-natured. He has been doing very well with crate training. They take him out every couple of hours to potty and play and take long walks multiple times daily. He is afraid of cars as they go by (sits down by your feet until the car passes), but despite that, he still does fairly well on the leash. Vegas is very affectionate and loves to sit in your lap and cuddle. He prefers chew toys to furniture or anything that he shouldn't chew. Vegas is a wonderful puppy with a great personality. The brightly colored tunnel is for the cats, but Vegas has a big time running inside, outside, and around it! He is curious and excited to get to know the cats better. Kitties are not afraid of him; they just haven't decided to engage with him yet. He loves exploring the backyard, sniffing around, and running after the leaves falling from trees. Vegas can't wait to play with his toys. He runs around squeaking his stuffed squirrel, his stuffed lamb, his football, and so on. He's very playful – loves to play fetch!
