Hi, my name is Kona (formerly Whitney), and Im looking for someone to adopt me! I'm a 35 pound, 9 month old retriever mix with an awesome chocolate shaggy coat. I love to go on walks; I absolutely love food (even if its in hard to reach places), and I would love to have a yard where I could chase squirrels. I still have some puppy energy, but I do like to relax and cuddle. I get along really well with people but am sometimes choosy about my canine friends. Im getting along great with the other dog at my foster home though! Im a youngin and still have lots to learn, but I'm learning with the help of training and some delicious treats. I was found after I'd been hit by a car and after my surgery I'm recovering well, but I may limp a little until I'm completely recovered. Dogs: The adoption fee is $200 and includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, deworming, a microchip, heartworm test, and heartworm treatment if required.Cats: The adoption fee is $85 for 1 adult cat, $125 for 2, $125 for 1 kitten or $150 for 2 kittens. This includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, deworming, a combo FIV/FeLV test, and a microchip.For all animals that have not been spayed or neutered a $100 deposit will be required in addition to the adoption fee.
