This is Amelia She is one of 6 puppies dumped on a seldom traveled road in West Texas. They were dumped in triple digit heat with no water or food. They were all sweet resilient little happy social puppies. They love attention, people and other dogs and have adjusted very well.Amelia is a little female. Our best guess is she is a hound mix about 4 to 5 months old. She is a tiny ball of energy that loves affection. She has a sweet easy going personality. She has done well with all the other dogs she has been exposed to. She is great with children. She loves people, but she really loves kids. She loves toys and play time. She is working on crate training. She is very agile and flat footed can jump close to 2 ft off the ground. She is a funny, silly and affectionate angel.********************************PLEASE READ**********************Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption on the East Coast through a partnership with Project Freedom Ride. These dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by PFR/transport (Syracuse, NY; Albany, NY; Bedminster, NJ; Nanuet, NJ; Danbury, CT; Glastonbury, CT; Griswold, CT; Battleboro, VT; White River Junction, VT [Due to some Northeastern Quarantine Restrictions we cannot adopt to adopters in those states, unfortunately such as Massachusetts & New Hampshire]). The next transport leaves Texas on December 18th.Our adoption fee is $220 plus $180 transport fee ($400). This fee includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, a registered microchip, a negative heartworm test, health certificate, and transport costs. As a Project Freedom Ride direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).
