Shadow has recovered well and is now ready to find a forever home!! Shadow's story is a sad one, her previous owner chained her up near a large fireant hill and just allowed them to eat her alive! Only when she was half bald, covered in festering wounds, and rendered nearly completely blind was Shadow finally surrendered to Lovable Paws so she could at last get the care she needed. Thankfully, Shadow has regained function in one of her eyes but we think she has lost most of her hearing. (Check out those before and after pictures!). Now all Shadow needs is a family to love!! She is very forgiving and has not met a stranger. She loves to be rubbed down and she hopes you'll give her lots of attention!! Shadow is dog friendly and would do best in a home with another playful dog. ##1303766##
