This is a courtesy post but Street Paws will be coordinating his adoption. Murphy is a 2-year-old sweet boy with a lot of love to give! Someone was giving him away for free in a bad part of town and in the blazing sun so we snatched him up to keep him safe. He loves to be around people and get all the belly rubs! He is a big boy but he is so calm and mellow and doesn't pull on a leash so it's easy to walk him (he loves walks). Murphy seems to be house and crate-trained, as well. He is the easiest dog I've ever taken care of! Murphy is neutered and vaccinated but is heartworm positive and undergoing 28-day treatment. This handsome boy would make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a sweet, calm, cuddly dog! Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions. To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at https://streetpaws.org/adopting/dog-puppy-pre-adoption-application/. This application does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. We verify vet history on current/previous pets to ensure pets have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated annually. Please call your vet to give permission for us to call them. Our adoption fee is $300 . They have been given age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested and treated, if necessary, dewormed, have received flea prevention, and are micro-chipped.
