Strawberry is a friendly dog with a heart of gold. Despite her size, she exudes a sweetness to everyone she meets, hence her name, Strawberry.And though at first she was hesitant around new people and unfamiliar situations, she has come a long way and now loves people and their attention! She would do best out of the shelter and in the care of a family as a single family dog, as she is not fond of her fellow canines.Today, Strawberry is a happy and healthy adult dog who still prefers the company of her forever family above all else. We are treating her heartworm disease at the shelter, and after that, she will be good as new. Though she may never be the life of the paw-ty, her quiet and gentle presence makes her a cherished companion to all who know her.All of our dogs come with: vaccinations including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella; heartworm test, treament if positive, and prevention; flea treatment and prevention; deworming and fecal float; spayed/neutered; microchipping; veterinarian evaluation; and adoption counselling by a medical staff member.
