Hello Everyone, This is Cyrus. Cy is about 10-12 years old, has only partial sight (cataracts in both eyes), and only partial hearing. We think there is a lot of shih tzu in him, mixed with something else. He is about 23 pounds. Cy is pretty quiet, sleeps all night in a crate - sometimes needs to go out in the middle, gets along with other dogs and would prefer the companionship of a 4-legged friend. He climbs stairs with no problems. Update from Cyrus' foster mom. We have been working with Cyrus to get him over his fear of ladies, and he is doing pretty well. His favorite thing is to have a really energetic petting/playing session. He is quiet, not a bit of alpha in him at all. he is learning to come when Ken calls him (he doesn't hear my voice very well). He will sit before you place his food bowl in front of him. He still prefers almost constant contact with his male person. Cy has a LOT of love to give some lucky person! He is not a good choice for small children, or someone who works outside the home.
