Hello potential Mom and Dad! My name is Scrooge. Yep. That is what I am being called since I didn't come with a name. But I really am not a Scrooge so don't let the name fool you. I am currently 3 years old and weigh a mere 10lbs. I am really a sweet soul who is in need of a warm, loving home to spend the rest of my life with you and if you have a great family who loves cats as much as you do, then I will love them too! I came to the shelter on 11/21 after being caught in a trap. I really wanted to explore the neighborhood, the world but I guess others felt it was in my best interest to be saved so that maybe my potential pet parents could find me interesting enough despite my namesake, to make me apart of their family forever. I would really like to know what a forever family feels like. If you are that Mom and Dad, then I am your Son. Scrooge is up-to-date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped and will be combo tested upon his adoption. He is waiting for you in cage 614 and his ID is 650788. Mr. Scrooge is hoping that you will come visit him and get to know him better. He would love so much to have a permanent home for the holidays and beyond.
