Forced to sell my 9 year old, 16.1 hh quarter horse mare. She's as gentle as they come - would make an excellent husband or lesson horse. She's been a ranch horse & worked cattle in the past, but has been a trail horse for the past 3 years. She's not mare'ish or spooky - not afraid of traffic, ATVs, you can shoot a gun from the saddle. She's accepting of pets & farm animals. My neighbor's 3 yr old rides her in the corral, walks underneath her & feeds her from her hand.She's healthy & sound - rides with a hackamore or just her halter. Stands for farrier or grooming without tether. Trailers, clips, ties, no problem. Does fine on high end alfalfa.She's a big girl & loves to eat - will do about anything for blueberries! I love this mare & don't want to give her up, but I'm moving & not in a position to take her with me. She is a gentle, aware, eager to please & highly intelligent. Absolutely loves attention & runs to greet you at the gate. May consider lease with right situation.This is an awesome horse & would make anyone happy - come & meet her.
