Please fill out an application to set up a private meeting. Hello, I’m Lucy, and I’m a girl of VERY few words so I’m going to get straight to the point. I’m an incredibly sweet, quiet, and laid-back female Cocker Spaniel. I am blind but make no mistake…I still love my life, especially when treats and food are involved! Hee, hee!! I have not met any cats or kids, but I’m good with other dogs. I bark in the crate and don’t have a lot of leash experience so I will need my new yard to be securely fenced! I am, however doing great with potty training…YAY ME!! I truly am an angel who would love nothing more than to find my fur-ever home with YOU…a very patient, unconditionally loving family that will NEVER give up on me. I have an enormous heart that’s brimming with love to share, and I promise I will shower you with ALL of it if you would simply welcome me into your world! Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopters expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality, but it cannot be guaranteed.
