Hello, Whiskey is around 3 yrs old and a Blue Heeler Mix. He was adopted from Davidson County Animal Shelter years ago. He is trained to be a service dog but due to his age and breed it is best he is free and on a farm or with a big family along with other pets. Whiskey is goofy, sweet, energetic, loves to herd. He is stubborn, hates bikes, turning wheels, and can be a little jealous as well. He will herd children, so its good to supervise him when initially introducing him to a new family pet or children. He is very vocal and will bark or growl if he dislikes something or someone. He loves treats and loves to be petted. He will nuzzle you if you are not giving him enough attention. He will go after birds, so a home with birds isn't suitable. Whiskey is house trained and crate trained, he does need regular exercise and stimulation. He knows basic commands such as sit, stay, etc. If you have any questions or are interested please don't hesitate to message.
