Hi I’m Jak, I started my life in a rural shelter so I’m still getting used to the finer things in life like a comfy bed and fun toys. I am a very sweet and loving boy who loves to cuddle my humans! I am very shy at first but the right family will bring out my confidence and help me adjust. I LOVE chewing on bones, playing with toys, sunbathing in the yard and going for walks. My foster mum says I’m perfect on the leash walks and walk well with other dogs. I do great with kids and other dogs. I am still adjusting to this new life outside of the shelter and can be a little shy but so far I’m loving all the attention from my humans and spending time sunbathing in the yard. Jak would make a great addition to any family who has the patience to bring him out of his shell and show him what being a dog really is!Adoption processDogs are not posted for adoption until they are fully vetted and ready to go to their new homes. Our adoption process is usually quick and smooth and we have many references to show this.
