Meet Mellow Mick Jagger! This sweet guy once found himself at the shelter on the euthanasia list only for being scared of the leash, but those days are behind him thanks to positive reinforcement and CHEESE! :) He's fine on a leash now and enjoys a stroll in a calm neighborhood. He's crate trained, house-trained and good with people and dogs (hasn't been cat or kid tested yet). Jagger gets excited to see dogs through the fences, but then just sniffs and likes to chill in the yard with them and go on walks. He can be shy around strangers, but will walk up to a new human briefly and is fine with their soft pets, if he gets a premium STINKY cheese in return! ;) He’s so gentle! Mick honestly just wants to chill ALL day at home and wait for you to get home from your errands or hikes, rather than join you. Total home body kinda guy! Jagger is so ready for a forever home! Once that is complete, the screener decides if you are recommended for a meet and greet.The entire household should be willing and present for the meet and greet. If the meet and greet goes well and they are approved to adopt, then we will proceed with a home check. An adoption contract is required after the home check is approved. Our adoption fee is $350 Los Angeles onlyShelter locationPLEASE NOTE: We do not own a facility. Our dogs are in private foster homes.
