This is Waffles! She is approx. 11 months old and 60lbs. Waffles has completed a board / train program and knows sit, heel, down, spot, and speak! She loves belly rubs and toys toys toys. Anything ball-related she loves! She’s curious about cats and loves other dogs and often tries to play with them. She does better with big dogs but leaves small dogs alone once they’re familiar. She’s potty trained and will gladly go on a car ride. She is a high energy gal and would love a home who can keep up with her. Waffles does have some food guarding with other animals, so she will need to be kept separate during feedings / toys / treats, etc. That’s her only issue, otherwise she’s the most lovable dog who’s ready to give affection! Waffles is located in Moreno Valley (outside of Riverside). California Pit bull Rescue is an official 501(c)(3) and requires an adoption application and $200 donation fee for all adoptions.January 23, 2024, 1:27 pmAdoption processOur standard adoption fee is $200 and includes the dog is spay/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. We have an adoption questionnaire, agreement, as well as home delivery requirement for all of our dogs.Shelter locationCPR hosts mobile adoption events almost ever Saturday at alternating Pet Food Express locations throughout the SF Bay Area. The second Saturday of the month is at the Piedmont Ave Pet Food Express in Oakland and the 4th Saturday of the month at the Berkeley store. We will also come to you anytime, just let us know which dogs you would like to meet!
