This three-year-old pointer/lab mix came to The Furever Project from a local shelter. He was in very poor condition upon his arrival, but with the help of his loving foster family, he's already looking — and feeling — much better! Prince is a laid-back guy who wants nonstop loving. He enjoys meeting people, and he's also good with other dogs! (He ignores cats.) If you currently have pets, we'd be happy to set up a meeting between them and Prince. Prince is crate trained, and he has great leash manners. He's also a perfect passenger on car rides. Prince is still working on housebreaking and learning that the proper place to go potty is outside. This youngster also needs some obedience training, but a group obedience class — which The Furever Project requires — will do wonders for him! Prince isn't really big into playing with toys — he'd much rather hang out with his humans, getting lots of attention! At nearly 60 pounds, Prince is the perfect size for someone who wants a hiking buddy — although he'd be just as content being your sidekick on the couch while you binge-watch your favorite TV show!
