The finders spoke to her owners and found out she lived primarily outside, all by herself. Fortunately, they agreed to surrender her over so that we could get her inside and into a loving foster home while she waits for a forever home! Cedar is around 9 weeks old and weighs 11 lbs. She is a super sweet, snuggly, playful puppy who makes everyone fall in love with her special personality! She is fostered with other dogs and children and loves everyone who she meets. As a young puppy, she's looking for a family with plenty of time and patience to help show her everything a young dog needs to know. She does well in the crate overnight and is working hard on her house training.
