Eloch is the most good natured goblin you'll ever meet. This sweet, food motivated boy has energy for days and just needs a patient human (and some yummy treats) to learn how to go from a tornado of love to the best boy in the world. Eloch is eager to please and learns quickly. He walks well on leash over all, but does pull when excited. He is a confident guy. He is potty trained as well. Eloch loves other dogs but does need to be supervised as he is at least 60lbs and plays with all his heart.Eloch is a distemper survivor, so he does have a slight tremor/twitch in his leg, but it is very mild and not noticable until he lays down-and man does he lay in some funny positions! He wants to be close to people and dogs alike and would do fine on his own or with a friend he can romp around with. He has a soft face and a more wiry coat and absolutely loves water. He loves to get kisses and snuggle his face into his human's face when he gets tired. He is not recommended to be with young kids at this point because when he gets excited he tends to get mouthy. He would do well with kids over 5 that understand dogs can be mouthy or any children that understand he likes to nibble on your arms when excited!This animal is currently waiting for its forever home in a foster home. If you rent, you must provide proof animals are allowed. We will contact references. After you submit your application someone will be in touch with you to setup a meet and greet with the foster.We ask that all members of the household come for a meet and greet to ensure there are no personality clashes. If you have other dogs in the home and are meeting a dog you must bring them for the meet and greet. Filling out an adoption application does not mean you will be adopting the animal. Doing a meet and greet with one of our animals does not guarantee you are adopting the animal. We will select the family we feel is the best choice for that animal after screening and meeting applicants.
