C-3PO is a gorgeous young mixed breed boy looking for a furever home. He's about 1 year old and fully grown at 33 pounds. He's a playful boy who is great with other dogs of all sizes. C-3PO is your basic Heinz-57 varieties-type mixed breed boy. We see some beagle, maybe some lab and heaven only knows what else. He's a medium energy boy who loves attention. C-3PO is housebroken and crate trained. If you'd like to meet this beautiful boy, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet these C-3PO at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-3 at PetSmart Eastgate. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
