Hey guys, I'm Rue but you can call me handsome! My favorite things to do are eat, sleep, play with my chews, and go on walks. I sleep in my kennel and lay on my king size dog bed in the living room when it's time to chill and watch TV. I am potty trained and will tolerate a bath when my foster mom thinks I'm too smelly. I like to play with other dogs. Sometimes I am a lot of energy but my best friends are the ones that can hang with me. One thing about me that makes me special is that I have a condition called Megaesophagus. Don't freak out! It is a common condition among dogs that makes it difficult for dogs to digest food unless in an upright position. So for me, I just have to eat in my chair and sit upright for 20 minutes and I'm good to go. It's easy and I love my chair so much that I sometimes nap in it while I wait for my time to pass. The food I eat is pretty simple too. I just eat 1 cup of dry food, 1 cup of water, and 1/3 cup of wet food in a bowl. You don't have to blend it. You just mix it with a spoon and I eat it like a soup.I also get a Pepcid pill with every meal to help with my acid reflux. I eat and drink water twice a day and I'm cool with it. I do everything else dogs do and I would love to have a forever home with a family who can give me unlimited cuddle time. If you adopt me, I come with a lot of perks.
