Spirit looks like a handsome brown/grey lab mix! He has been waiting far too long for a home of his own. He is a silly and playful boy with a lot of energy and lots of love to give! He came to us as a stray so we don't have any background information on him. He does play well with other dogs, however you should always dog test if you decide to adopt. When he arrived at the shelter, Spirit had a severe leg fracture that required surgery. In the future, he may need pain medication occasionally, and he might need further surgery at his new owners' expense. More information will be provided with an approved application. His estimated DOB is 12/1/21.HSPC's adoption fee is currently reduced from $100 to $75 unless stated otherwise within the pet's description. Every pet that is available for adoption has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, wormed and is up-to-date on vaccinations including heartworm preventative (canines). Adopters are required to schedule a wellness exam with their veterinarian at their cost within 7 days of adoption. We are currently closed to the public and we will only respond to inquiries accompanying an application submitted through warmhearts.org/adopt.Adoption processAn application must be submitted.
