Hershey walked up to me & my dogs at a local park. He had open wounds on 3 legs & was limping on the 4th. He was malnourished. The shelter was full so I brought him home. The vet cleaned his wounds & put his hip bone back in its socket. I have been fostering him since last September. Since then he has put on some much needed weight and his wounds and leg have healed. He is a happy pup. The vet estimated his age at around 2, & he weighs 62 pounds.He is very sweet & loves to cuddle. He sleeps with me every night. He gets along great with my 2 cats & 2 dogs. He loves all the neighborhood kids. I don't let him get too close to the little ones because he gets excited & could easily knock them over.He is getting better at walking on a leash but still pulls. I want to rehome him because Pits/pit mixes are not allowed in the town I live in, & because I am almost 70 & am afraid that he will pull me down. At this age, I can't afford to fall.He needs a fenced yard & an indoor bed.
