**Adopt Rosco: The AMAZING Hidden Gem Looking for His Fur-ever Home! Hey everyone, it's me, Rosco, and I am beyond excited to tell you about myself! I'm 4 years old and proud to be a Shepherd mix. I've been patiently waiting for my fur-ever home since December 2021 (579 days!), and I can't wait to meet my perfect match! First things first, I have a quirky habit of putting my head out the window and pretending to catch bugs in the air - it's so much fun, you should try it too! When it comes to the great outdoors, I'm the most well-behaved boy you'll ever meet! I've had no reaction to other dogs passing by, joggers, or even people on bikes - I'm just a chill guy who enjoys life to the fullest! I walk so well on a leash that I'd make an excellent running or hiking partner! I'm not just cute, I'm super smart too! I know sit, paw/shake, and down - I'm a quick learner and love showing off my skills. I'm also an attentive listener, always eager to please! Now, here's a little secret about me: I absolutely LOVE going in the water! A pool or a swim at the lake sounds like a dream come true! And let me tell you, I'm a true gentleman! My fur is incredibly soft, and I just can't resist getting pets and cuddles from my favorite humans. Oh, and if you're lucky, I might sneak in a kiss or two - I'm a big softie at heart! Behold, my impressive manners - I take my food and treats very gently, proving that I'm a true gentleman in every way! I'm crate trained and house trained, so you won't have to worry about any little accidents. I get along well with bigger dogs, but it's best if there are no small dogs or cats in my future home. I'll do great with older kids aged 12 and up, and while I might be shy with new people at first, I warm up quickly once I get to know you. I'm up to date on all my vaccines, neutered, and come with a microchip, all ready to become a part of your loving family!
