Despite her initial shyness, she is inquisitive and can be quite the burst of energy that you can’t help but match. She loves to play with other dogs and can be quite the character – you could spend all morning to watch her have a blast. She would do well in a household with another kindred pup to play with and help get those extra wiggles out. Her size makes her especially manageable no matter the type of household and is currently mastering the art of harness walking. Along with her inclination for cuddles and attention, she is sure to bring someone daily giggles and kisses. Bring effortless jubilation and companionship to your home with Louisa!Adoption processIn order to adopt from us, a person must fill out an adoption application and be approved. The adoption application is available on our web site at http://www.highlandlakescaninerescue.org/application-for-adoption/ . Once you are approved as an adopter, we have an onsite Meet & Greet process where we insure the dog you are interested in is a good match for your family members and compatible with your other dogs.Shelter locationWe do not publish our location and work by appointment only. Please call 830-693-XXXX to set up an appointment. We are open 7 days a week for potential adopters to come out and meet our dogs. We also take some of our adoptable dogs to PetSmart in Bee Cave every Saturday from 10:30 until 1:30. We also have monthly adoption events at Tomlinson's in Lakeway, Pet Supplies Plus in Marble Falls, and Numinous Coffee in Marble Falls. Please visit our web site for times and dates.
