Hi! I'm Buddee! Just like my favorite elf, I'm looking for my dad! And my mom! Either one would make me smile. I like to smile. Smiling's my favorite! My foster parents think you'll love my smile almost as much as I love making you smile! Do you remember when you were a kid on Christmas morning and you were just so excited about what the day would bring? That's me every day! I'm a great listener, and I show I'm paying attention by tilting my head to let you know that everything you're saying is very interesting. My foster parents said my name is at the top of the Nice List and I'm sweeter than candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup. Combined! I love making friends! My foster sister and I play all the time, and I'm working so hard on getting those sons of nutcrackers Sarge and Sebastian to love me back. Those kitties can be kinda spicy though. I think maybe they might be from the South Pole. My favorite place is this magical wonderland where I can run and sniff and bounce and chase sticks or bugs or balls or leaves. Maybe you've heard of it? It's called Outside. It's the freakin' best! I would love to take you there if you haven't been. Or even if you have, I don't care. I could spend all day out there! It's the only place I go to the bathroom, but that's not why I love it so much. I'm pretty smart, and not a cotton-headed ninny muggins. I'm learning 'sit', 'come', and 'paw' and I'm practicing using my kennel for when no one is home with me. It was scary at first, but it's not so bad now. I know to only chew on my toys, that I shouldn't jump on people, and have the very best manners. I bring the energy! While I get the zoomies sometimes, I don't mean physical energy. I mean positive energy. I just really like being with you. I check on my foster dad throughout the day while he's working, you just never know when someone needs a hug. Mostly I just chill, chew on some toys, wrestle with my foster sister, or snooze. I hope you're ok with a little light snoring. We should hang out sometime. I planned the perfect day! First we'll play outside for two hours, and then we'll go to the park, and then we'll eat a whole jar of peanut butter as fast as we can, and then to finish, we'll snuggle. By the end of the day you'll tell everyone "I'm in love, I'm in love, and I don't care who knows it! Well, that's what my foster parents think, and the only thing I've seen them sit on is a couch, definitely not a throne of lies.
