Miss Kota is a dapper dame, bounding with the love (and playfulness!) of a puppy. Kota loves the good things in life - snuggles, toys, and chasing a fat squirrel every now and then. She is committed to her people, taking every opportunity to cuddle up with them and provide ample kisses. As a real people-pleaser, she is receptive to training and commands! When she's not snuggling up on the couch with you, she will grab the squeakiest squeaky toy and start running - when you fire up her laser pointer, then the fun really begins! She isn't a fan of her biweekly brushing, but she is calm and patient every time. Its tough work being the prettiest lady in the neighborhood! Kota has been with TKRR since March 2023. She has been surrendered to Austin Animal Center twice, most recently from her family who were unable to give her the engagement she needed. She would make an excellent friend in a single-dog household. Kota has a few reactivity issues on-leash, but was very quick to pick up on muzzle training. She's been excellent when her foster family leaves her alone for a few hours, when she's crated, and telling her people when she needs to potty (accident free!)
