NAME:MeghanSTATS:Female, Spaniel/terrier mix, 9 months about 12 lbs.TEMPERAMENT:Shy at first, but warms up quickly.Active (puppy energy).Playful, but not overly so.She is not a yapper but will bark occasionally but just a couple of barks and she is done.Would do best with another dog.SKILLSDoing good with potty training.Good with children.Good with cats.Good with dogs.MORE ABOUT ME:Meghan is very loving and likes to lay next to you on the couch or in bed. She can be affectionate but won't lick you to death. Just a quick kiss. She likes toys and is treat motivated, which helps with training. She likes walks and that helps burn off some of the puppy energy.She can easily handle long (3-5 mile) walks if you are up to it. She spends much of the day playing with the foster's other dogs. This is why she would do best with another dog. This play interaction keeps her busy and out of mischief. On her own she can get into mischief. She is wary of older cats as she has been swatted a couple times, but loves to play with kittens, but needs to be supervised as she can sometimes be too rough.ONE LAST THING:Because Meghan is a little shy the adopter will have to be patient with her for the first week or so.
