Vito is a cute male kitty who was surrendered by his owner on April 12, 2023 along with several of his best feline friends who had shared his home. Vito was estimated to have been one-year old at that time. Vito has a black short smooth coat with a small patch of white on his chest, white toes on his paws, a white tip on the end of his long tail, and an adorable face with golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers. This little sweetheart has a friendly, rather demure, personality (which simply adds to his charm). Vito was given vaccinations and wormer on April 14, 2023. He was given booster vaccines on May 17, 2023. Vito was neutered on May 15, 2023 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 8.8 lbs that day. Vito is currently a resident of our HSOV Open Cat Room where he is enjoying out-of-cage freedom. Vito loves to take long naps in the comfy beds and soft blankets, and he gets along well with all of the other kitties in that room. Vito has become a favorite of our HSOV Feline Kennel Techs (shhh .. don't tell the other kitties). Actually they love each and every cat/kitten that they care for daily as though they are their very own cats .. But a few tug especially hard at their heartstrings. Vito's charm (and claim to fame) is that though he is actually a young guy (currently 2-years old), Vito has the personality and charisma of a senior citizen. Vito will soon be celebrating his one-year anniversary at HSOV and, although we will miss him when he finds a loving home of his very own, we will be doing our "happy dance" and celebrating his good fortune when he is adopted by someone special.
