Meet Galaxy (aka phoebe) a 6 year old Maltese. She is sporting her new summer hairdo along with her pretty pink onesie. Phoebe is a retired puppy mill breeder and is learning how to trust humans. She is doing great at housebreaking but will need patients and understanding. She prefers to lay in her open crate in a play yard but will come out and greet you. She’s a sweet little dog that will need somebody with patience and lots of love. She gets along well with dogs but prefers the calmer smaller dogs. Big excited dogs scare her a little bit. Running outside and laying in the sun is her favorite acivity. She would do better in a more quiet home with older children since she is tiny (only 8 lbs). We have introduced her to a harness and leash but she will need time and patients. She really does well following you outside in a fenced in yard. Galaxy will come with a certificate of health, UTD on vaccines and spayed.
