Harold is a social butterfly. He wants to be involved in whatever is going on in his foster's house. He is down for all the shenanigans. He is great with cats, dogs and kids and is thriving in a busy home. He would do best in a home with other animals and/or kids to play with. You are more than welcome to stay in contact with the foster parent until time of adoption.
