A handsome pupper at 51lbs and still under a year, this big boy might keep growing and filling out! Max is a happy, playful dog who loves toys and already knows how to sit and laydown, though he will benefit from someone willing to invest the time to continue his basic training and socialization with other doggies. Max generally does well with other dogs in homes and off-leash, but is selective with dogs he meets on walks so will need some reassurance and positive reinforcement to fully enjoy neighborhood strolls. If a big, wiggly sweetheart sounds like the right fit for your home, bring the family (including any resident dogs!) on down to meet him!If you'd like to meet our available pets, please check the "shelter information" box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton).
