Hi! I'm Journey! My Foster mom is teaching me that life is exciting and fun! I am crate trained for food and sleep, but I want to play with you so if you walk by and don't let me out I will definitely remind you to let me out. I love to play fetch and even though I am a dog I love playing with the laser light like I am a cat, haha! I love to chew on things and I am still learning what is safe for me to chew on like my favorite tough to break or bite through toys and not my 3 year old house mates beanie baby dolls or my pet bed that was in my crate but I have not seen it in a while! I love my food! And I have not had any issues with chicken, beef, eggs as my treats. My favorite when I want to chew on something is a whole fresh sweet potato! I will jump into my crate so fast sometimes I shake it. I like kitty cats and am interested in the new smells they bring, but I am not allowed to play with them and I listen when my foster mom calls me to play with her instead. I am also learning about personal space. I have gotten so good at not jumping on my 3 year old house mate, but he is not afraid to tell me "NO JOURNEY! DOWN!" and I listen! But I am so happy and excited sometimes I forgot with my foster mom, but I am learning and doing well. Another big thing I learned is cars are not even scary! I jump in and get seat belted in and I am ready for an adventure! I love walking with my harness and leash and I don't even pull! I love the smells but I listen to recall if I get too excited.
