My name is Baxter and I recently came to Companions Animal Center through my local animal control. I am reserved when I initially meet new people, so might need a little time to get comfortable. Once I know you, we'll be best friends! I am a sweet affectionate boy who loves to play and cuddle with my humans. I'm loyal and can learn tricks if you teach me. I do well with other dogs, especially the ladies. I would love a yard to run around in and humans who would like to play with me. Please be sure that you have the right amount of time space and recourses to care for me for the rest of my life. Please come visit me at Companions Animal Center and give me the opportunity to win your heart and be your forever buddy.Adoption processOur current adoption fees are:Dog - $100 Dog 35 lb and under - $150Senior Dog (7 yrs and older) - $50 Puppy (5 mo and under) - $175 Cats (over 5 mo to 1 yr) - $65Cats (over 1 yr) - $50Senior Cat (7 yrs and older) - $25Kitten (5 mo and under) - $85 All adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, Rabies vaccine, and microchip. We also include a free vet check from a list of local vets. For those individuals who rent, we do require landlord approval prior to adoption. Adoptions are available by appointment.
