You might have noticed something unique about me – I am a Manx cat, which means I don't have a tail! But don't worry, it doesn't stop me from being the handsome and lovable feline that I am. I'm not one to shy away from the spotlight, I love being the center of attention and will make sure to keep you entertained with my energetic and playful personality. I am a constant companion, always by your side ready to shower you with affection. I do have to be on a special diet, so no worries about me being a picky eater either! If you're looking for a charming, affectionate, and energetic addition to your family, then I am the purrfect match for you. Come meet me and let's see if we're meant to be together.If you are interested in meeting me, the shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday 11am – 6pm,(summer hours).If you'd like to schedule an appointment, check out the pets' profile on our website at newberganimals.com to fill out an application and email to XXXX@newberganimals.com.Due to COVID-19, we are currently only open by appointment. Please follow the instructions on each pet profile.Adoption processDue to COVID-19, Newberg Animal Shelter is not open for walk-ins. Please view our available pets on our website, newberganimals.com.If a pet is listed as available at PetSmart, you can go directly to that PetSmart to adopt (call to verify availability first).If you are interested in a pet that is available in our shelter, you will need to submit an adoption application to be considered.We are receiving multiple applications on every pet. If we do not call you to do an adoption, please do not consider it a rejection. We simply have a lot of applications coming in and very limited staff.Adoption Applications do not place holds on pets, nor do we do pre-adoptions. Rather than doing first-come-first-serve adoptions, Newberg Animal Shelter considers all applications and chooses the home that is the best fit for that particular pet. We want the adoptions to be happy and successful for the family and the pets.
