Victoria came to the shelter as an under socialized kitten. She was placed in a foster to work on her manners and has now gone from spice to nice! If you would like a friend who is always dressed in their formal attire a tuxedo cat might be the one for you. Victoria would do best in a home with another kitten or age appropriate cat friend.
