Adopt Smuts a All Black American Shorthair / Mixed cat in Pompano Beach

Description:
We’ve had Smuts (smoots) for 7 years. We have had a problem with her urinating in the house. We believe this is due to the fact that our male cat is aggressive towards her and sneak attacks when she does use the litter box. We have also acquired two more cats since my mother died and she does not get along with them either. We believe she needs to be the only pet in a home. She is affectionate, but we can’t keep her with the urination problems. We have taken her to the vet and tried anti depressants, made her a catio; all to no avail. We all believe Smuts would be happier in a home with no other animals. She is a sweet, silly, nervous kitty. She loves to sit on laps. She has never bitten or scratched anyone. She just needs a calm, quiet, relaxing home where she can be her true self. She loves to be around people - and she is always around us. We just know she is not happy in our home due to all of our other animals. I hope someone will be willing to give her a chance.
