Hi, I'm Rusty. I am a 7,5 yr old Beagle and I've had a hard start coming from Oklahoma. I had a really bad cough that wasn't going away with medication and the nice vets thought I might have heart failure 😔. Well, I do have a very small heart condition, but nothing too crazy for the old man that I am! I just needed a loving foster and a different medication. Anyway, I am a good boy! I love to smile at my humans. I am cat, dog, kid, everything friendly... except for going outside. I have to be forced out sometimes and given lots of time. My foster mom thinks I might still be learning the whole potty outside thing. That's okay though, cause I'm a beagle and smarter than the average pup! Give me love, walks, and my meds and we will be the best of friends!!!
