Bennie is a sweet dog with lots of play and energy. He’s 3 and 1/2 years old, and is starting to mellow with age, but he’s still rambunctious and fun. In 2021 I adopted him from NHA, where he spent the first year of his life. He’s house trained, knows basic commands, and loves playing in the yard and walks. While he is a lovable goof, he does have issues when it comes to other animals, as he was never well socialized growing up. He’s also terrified of bikes for some reason. One other thing of note about Bennie is that he loves attention, and sometimes he has trouble respecting personal space. He’s a very smart boy, and with the right family and training, he could be the perfect companion.
