Rogue is a 4 year old HW negative good boy. He lived with children previously, though he hasn't been tested while under the shelter's care. Rogue is in a foster home and has done GREAT with crate training - he goes in easily and is content in it throughout the work day. Currently, Rogue sleeps beautifully through the night and has not had any accidents. Fetch is his favorite game so far! Tug toys are a close second. Rogue is very treat motivated and already knows "sit" and has been doing wonderfully learning "place" and "release". He is VERY intelligent and would love to continue training. Fortunately, he is equally as goofy and will keep you giggling. Initially, Rogue pulls on leash, but then loosens up quickly after his initial energy is released. He is also easily redirected and looks to his people for guidance. Rogue has had positive interactions with other dogs, but we always recommend bringing your resident dog to make sure it's a good match. He is a very friendly boy, but will sometimes try to mount if he gets overly excited. However, he can be redirected and simply needs someone to help teach him not to be rude! Rogue is doing wonderfully in his foster home! He loves to learn new commands and enjoys spending time with his foster parents.
