Winnie is a 2 yr 4 mth old sweet and loyal Akita mix looking for her forever family. She is great with other dogs her own size but no small kids. She loves to be outside and going for walks. Winnie is not a huge fan of loud activity and commotion but loves to sit close and hang out. She would do best with a family familiar with her breed or experienced owner. Winnie is just too much dog for the littes since she doesn't know her own size. Cats don't appreciate her play style so she needs to be in a cat free zone. If you would like to meet Winnie please contact us.The adoption fee is $350.00 and covers age appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. Applications are typically worked in time stamp order based on date/time of submission. If you have otherdogs in your home, they must all meet the potential adoptee. It may save you a trip to bring them with youwhen you visit, if you are certain you want to adopt a new family member.*****We are currently operating by appointment only during the social distancing stage of quarantine.If you want to meet this pet, or are interested in adopting, please submit an inquiry or email toXXXX@gmail.com. Someone from the rescue will contact you and/or your family and determine, on abroad level, whether you might be a fit for the animal. If so, they will provide instructions for completing theapplication. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to set up a time to meet at the shelteror the foster home. The introduction between you and the pet will be supervised by one of the dog counselorsor the foster.
