Don't let Monk's surprised expression fool you into thinking he's always shocked! That's just the way he looks now after he was found with a severe head wound as a youngster. To be able to close the wound up, Monk's doctor had to give him this eyelift, but we think it makes him irresistibly adorable! It almost gives him a puppy-eye look, and that sure is a face we'd have a hard time saying no to. With a look like that, we're sure Monk won't have to puppy-eye his way into a forever home for long.
