I'm Laszlo, a 5-year-old Shiba Inu born in southern Oregon, now living happily in Portland. I'm affectionate, calm, and love lounging on the couch or basking in the sun. My owners say I'm more like a cat than a dog. I'm not high-energy, so only short 1-2 block walks are all I want and sometimes I can be stubborn on a leash. Heat-sensitive, so I prefer staying indoors when it's over 80 degrees. I'm house-trained and would thrive in houses with a backyard and no other animals because I can be territorial about my space. Sadly, I'm not comfortable around small children under 7, so I need to live in home without small kids and be under close supervision if there are kids around. Despite that, I'm a loyal and sweet companion ready to bring joy to the right family. If you want an affectionate and loving furry friend, I could be your ideal match.
