Baxter if you found him on a dating applications he would be best described as an outdoorsy type. An exercise buddy, agility dog, or farm dog, Baxter is your guy!Baxter is a one year old mix of about 70 pounds. His DNA indicates he is 16 breeds, but top are Shepherd, husky, heeler, and pit. He is neutered and up-to-date on all of his shots. He is crate trained, house broken, and has been through some great training.Baxter when instructed to hold can wait patiently in the down position for his food. Baxter knows sit, wait, leave it, stay (needs reminders), and knows not to get on furniture that isn’t his. Baxter loves walks, running, small obstacles, doggie daycare and being outside.He has played with dogs of all sizes. He is good for his baths and rides in a crate in the car. He jumps right in for his treat. Baxter is super funny and a total goofball. He has been well socialized since he was a puppy and likes meeting new people.Baxter needs a new home without young kids. Since Baxter has tendencies of the heeler and he wants to herd younger kids, so only older kids for Baxter.Baxter is not a fan of cats. He still is very much a puppy so he needs stimulation and attention!Baxter would do well in a home with another dog. He is dog friendly and he is looking for his forever home.##1788173##
