Hi ! I am Gretchen, a s30 lb yellow lab mix tripod who is around 4 years old. I am super sweet, affectionate and love to give kisses. I'm pretty low-key inside the house and love having people around me. I bark a couple times first thing in the morning when I hear someone wake up but that's because I'm excited to see my humans. Even though I had my left hind leg amputated it hasn't stopped me from wanting to chase after squirrels and rabbits. I am a bit skittish on hardwood floors and am still learning to walk on them so I would love a house with a lot of carpet or rugs. I love playing with older kids (5 years or older). I don't really like large dogs because I'm a bit intimidated by them therefore prefer smaller dogs. I would also love a fenced in yard so I can run and chase squirrels and rabbits. I am house trained and like to sleep in the comfort of my cage. I have a gentle spirit and playful nature. I am looking for my forever home with humans that will show me lots of love and affection. The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
