I'm Simba! I have been spending some time in a foster home with one of the volunteers here and the have reported that I am very playful at home and love toys. So much so that I throw them on to myself to get attention when no one will play with me. I really enjoy the company of other playful dogs and lived with the volunteer's three dogs that were all smaller than me. Here at the shelter, I have been in playgroups with large dogs as well! I do not like to meet people when I am on leash, but if you have guests over and they give me space I will likely warm up quickly. While I was in my foster home, I was not destructive and could likely learn to be left out while my family is away, but I was also very content to nap in my kennel when needed. I'm a goofy boy that would love to live with other dogs, but would prefer a home without small children.
