Female, approx. 2 years old, 40 lbs Personality: Protective, adventurous, patient, gentle, affectionate, smart, adaptable, outgoing, eager-to-please, playful, loyal, and trustworthy. Pleasant Paula can't wait to find her fur-ever home! Paula is a sweet dog who thrives on attention and love. Her absolute favorite activity is lying on the sofa directly next to her foster family - preferably while getting pets or cuddles! She's an incredibly gentle pup who loves to meet new people, but would be best as the only animal in the home. Paula is doing well with both house training and crate training. When she's not snuggling on the couch, Paula loves to go on walks where she gets to sniff everything in sight! Lots of things are new to Paula and she thrives on encouragement from her foster family. With their help, she's already picked up lots of new skills, such as going up and down stairs. Paula has been very easy to train and already knows the words "sit, "crate, and is working on "stay. We do not provide a comprehensive medical exam before adoption. As a result, sickness, injury, and disability may exist unbeknownst to CDCK. City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is not responsible for payment of any vet care, including known and unknown medical conditions once a cat or dog is adopted from us. Dog specific: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines. They are tested for HW, Lyme, Ehrlichia, Anaplasmosis. Most cats and dogs will have a house-training accident in the initial days in their new home and we cannot guarantee any pet is housebroken or crate trained.
